Each custom MAINGEAR PC is handcrafted by our expert builders. Standard lead times are typically 5-10 business days for assembly and testing, followed by 3-5 days for shipping depending on your location.
What kind of warranty comes with my MAINGEAR system?
All MAINGEAR systems include a standard 1-year comprehensive warranty covering parts and labor, along with lifetime technical support. Extended warranty options up to 3 years are available at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the system.
What is your return policy for custom-built computers?
Custom-built PCs can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply to custom configurations, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Can I upgrade my MAINGEAR PC in the future without voiding the warranty?
Absolutely. We build our systems using standard, non-proprietary components to ensure they are fully upgradeable. Opening your case to add storage or RAM does not void your warranty, though damage caused during user upgrades is not covered.
