Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our support team via phone or email within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  Prepare and Secure Your System

  Back up all personal data and pack the system in its original internal and external packaging to prevent damage during transit; include all accessories and documentation.

  Ship to MAINGEAR Facility

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own insured label to the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior, and drop it off at the designated carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Processing

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for original condition; upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
